Boat & Trailer Storage
A large cleared area makes a great space for storing trailers and boats throughout the year.
Items should be labeled with name and address.
Internet
Internet is currently provided through Frontier and is a DSL connection. Depending on location, some homes have found it helpful to install a cell phone booster and/or use a MIFI connection as well.
Snow Removal
HOA fees cover snow removal of the streets, as well as lawn care and tree trimming along right of ways. Many homes choose to use the same company for private driveways as well.
Disposal Services
Three centrally located containers are emptied weekly. The containers on the left are for household trash - no building materials or large items. The container on the right is for mixed paper and cardboard only (no food cardboard, like pizza boxes). The Hamlin Township transfer station on Dewey Road offers more options for recyclable plastics, metals, and glass. Visit http://www.hamlintownship.org for more information. Items to dispose of that are not allowed in the trash container, go to www.republicservices.com to arrange for a pick-up.
Gas & Electric
Consumers Power provides electric to the neighborhood. In Fall of 2021, DTE ran natural gas lines to the area and homeowners now have the option of using natural gas versus propane.

Residents currently have access to...
Brush & Compost
The Partridge Pointe meadow, privately owned, has a large area to dump yard waste and leaves, that is left to compost. Making for some great fill dirt when needed. In the same area a pile for larger brush and tree limbs is gathered and then burned once a year. Please no large stumps or pallets.

Trails for Hiking, Biking, and Skiing
There are a number of trails in the area for hiking, biking, or cross country skiing in the winter.
Community Garden
Partridge Pointe meadow has a large fenced in area with some raised beds that are available for residents to grow their own vegetables and not worry about the "critters" eating everything. Plot sizes vary and there is a small annual fee to help cover fencing, water and soil preparation. Garden partners are asked to use organic practices whenever possible and assist with season-end clean up.
