Governing Documents
The governing documents and covenant restrictions are designed to maintain the Partridge Pointe neighborhood as a "fine community with distinctive character suitable for family living." It is also desired by the developer to maintain, as much as possible, the natural beauty of the property and that all man made structures blend into the natural beauty versus stand out against it. In purchasing, or building, a home in Partridge Pointe, owners agree to certain conditions and restrictions as outlined in the governing documents.
Architectural Control Committee
For the protection of all Lot Owners and for the preservation of the Developer’s concept for the development and maintaining the area, there is an Architectural Control Committee that has a number of responsibilities and should be notified and given the ability to review proposed changes to a lot or home as outlined in the Covenants. This includes things like changing a paint color of exterior of home, cutting down trees larger than 5 inches in diameter, any additions to a home or new construction plans. Again, please review the attached Covenant Restrictions and if any questions contact kdmaclean@frontier.com
