Amenities

The private beach is over 300' long with sandy bottom for swimming. There is a fire pit in the area, port-a-john, and a few picnic tables and benches for all to enjoy. During the summer a small rope (goose fence) is set up along the shoreline to discourage geese from coming onto the beach.  The rope is easily taken down and residents are asked to replace when leaving.  Dogs are not allowed on the beach, but there is an area on the other side of the boat ramp where they are welcome to dip their paws in the lake. Volunteers and beach users also help keep the beach weed free and raked throughout the summer. 

Boat ramp is for residents and guests and area near the boat launch should be used for loading/unloading only. Car and trailer parking is available up the hill by the tennis/pickle ball court.

There is also a limited amount of boat slips available separate from the association for a fee.  Currently there is a waitlist for those slips. 

The tennis/pickle ball court is for residents and guests and is available on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Kayak storage racks are available by the beach on both the north and south sides. These racks are for temporary summer storage for those that kayak frequently. 

There is a shaded gazebo just up the hill from the beach that can be reserved for parties by emailing kdmaclean@frontier.com

The Tennis Deck is another more sunny option to gather with friends and can also be reserved for parties by contacting kdmaclean@frontier.com
